Event Pricing: All five rooms for two nights $20 off all nights, all rooms (With single credit card or source payment, add 5% back for charging to multiple cards or sources).
Extra person in rooms (allowed in Rooms 2 & 5 only) Add $10 for extra bed and $10 for breakfast ($20 total).
Pets: Dogs only allowed with ground rules (leased at all times) $20 extra flat fee.
Extra guests for breakfast (with advance notice) $12 per person (children under 5 free).
Each room is European-styled with antiques and armoires and featuring queen-sized beds. Four of the rooms are in the main B&B building abutting the brick patio and driveway. The fifth room is a private, completely secluded wing of the main house with a private outdoor entrance and bath. All rooms have private entrances to the outdoors and private bathrooms. You will never have to walk through someone else's living space!
